Shipping and returns
Shipping
Australia-wide delivery. We ship anywhere in Australia.
Turnaround: small orders ~ 7 days, larger runs 10–14 days from artwork approval and payment.
Tracking: you’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
Local pickup (Canberra): free pickup available—choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Delivery delays: once your order leaves our studio, carriers may experience delays that are outside our control, but we’ll help chase things up if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything we make is custom, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. These risks are minimised by our mock-up approval process:
Mock-up approval is required. We’ll email you a digital proof. Please check artwork, colours, spelling, sizes and placements carefully.
Production starts after approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you approved/ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
If you cancel before mock-up approval/production, we’ll refund less any artwork/setup already completed. After approval/production begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
Sizing & Colour
Garment colours and print tones can vary slightly between screens and real-life prints.
For bulk orders, minor variation between garments/prints is normal within industry standards.
Address Issues & Returned Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected may incur re-shipping fees.
Item care
Your gear’s ready to wear and wash. Follow these tips to keep the print looking sharp.
Wash
Cold wash (<30°C) on a gentle cycle
Inside out to reduce friction on the print
Mild detergent only — no bleach, stain solvents, or whitening agents
No soaking and avoid scrubbing the print area
Skip fabric softener where possible
Dry
Line dry in the shade for best results
Avoid tumble drying; if you must, use low heat, inside out
Do not dry clean
Iron
Do not iron directly on the print
Iron inside out or use baking paper/cloth over the print on low heat
Avoid steam on the print
Real-world wear
Minor softening over time is normal. Heat and frequent hot washes speed this up.
Commercial hot washes/dryers will shorten print life.
Storage
Ensure garments are completely dry before folding.
