How to get started
- Tell us about your business. Email your business name, ABN if applicable, store location, website or social account, and the range you are interested in.
- Choose your caps. Let us know your preferred colours, wording, thread colours and quantities.
- Review your quote and mock-up. We confirm pricing, freight and the production window before you commit.
- Approve your order. Once the details and payment arrangements are confirmed, we schedule production and delivery.

Custom work for your business
Have a specific word or saying in mind? Send it through with your quantities. Wording outside our suggested range incurs an additional cost, which we confirm in your quote.
Production turnaround
For orders of 24 caps or fewer, production turnaround is 5–12 business days. This excludes shipping time. For orders above 24 caps, we confirm the production timeframe with your quote.
